How do I buy something?
Just click “Add to Cart” for the items you want. Go to your cart and hit “Checkout” once you’re done shopping.

Is my payment secure?
Certainly. We use trusted secure payment processors. Your personal information is fully protected by our security protocols.

When will I get my stuff?
Processing takes 1–3 working days. You’ll get an email notification when your order is on the way.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes! A tracking number is sent to you after your purchase is confirmed.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping rates depend on your address and shipping origin. Fees are shown once your delivery information is added during checkout.

Are multiple products shipped together?
Normally, each item is shipped separately in different packages.

Can I return items?
Yes. Free returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund or within 180 days for store credit. Refunds are processed within 10 business days from receiving your return. Delays may happen during peak periods.

Do I need to send back the free promotional gift?
Yes, if your return lowers the order below the promo requirement. If you want to keep it, we may deduct its price from your refund.

Can I modify or cancel an order after it’s placed?
No changes or cancellations are allowed after submission. You can still return products for a refund (minus shipping).
